I am unapologetic for speaking up and often misunderstood but I take care of and am loyal to those I love. I am an advocate for women and girls. I am passionate about helping others and empowering women. I believe in uplifting women and helping them to find their voice. We are all unique and bring different things to the table and as such should have a seat. I want all women and girls to know that all things are possible when you work hard and speak up. That’s my ten cents, because it’s worth more than two.

I'm always trying to practice raising my voice and learning how to speak up. My goal is to encourage other women to do the same and with every climb on the ladder, I know it's important to turn around and help the next woman step up, as well.

I've always been surrounded by women who wanted to make a difference and found myself wanting to do the same. I often ask myself why women should follow the norm and not make their own rules. Our Ten Cents created a space where women can ask questions and be themselves. I hope to continue the conversation on all things taboo in and outside the workplace.
